Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 situation, the Refund Policy has been changed, please read carefully.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds are to be handed in to the "School Office", you will need to provide the following or else the refund will not be processed:

1. items to be refunded
2. Order number
3. Contact name
4. Mobile Number
5. reason for refund

There are items we do not refund due to hygiene reasons, they are clearly marked in the item descriptions when you shop. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange is no longer available, please follow "Refund" process to refund the item(s) you have purchased within 14 days.
